Community Guidelines

How everyone on Earlybirdo treats each other: customers, sellers and our team.

Last updated 30 October 2026

The short version

Be honest, be respectful, deliver what you promise, and keep money and conversations on Earlybirdo. These guidelines apply to campaign pages, updates, messages, reviews of orders and anything else you share here.

Be honest

Describe things as they are. No fake campaigns, invented reviews or traction, stock photos passed off as your own product, or prices inflated so a “discount” looks bigger.

Be who you say you are. Don’t impersonate a person, brand or business, or imply a partnership or endorsement you don’t have.

One person, one seller account. Don’t share accounts, sell through someone else’s verification, or come back after a suspension.

Be respectful

No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation, including pressuring a customer to drop a refund or a seller to deliver early.

No hate: nothing that attacks or demeans people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or serious illness.

No sexual content, no content that sexualises minors in any way, and nothing graphic or violent.

Don’t share anyone’s private information (an address, phone number, ID or payment details) without their permission, and use what customers give you only to fulfil their order.

Keep it on Earlybirdo

Don’t ask customers to pay outside Earlybirdo for a campaign’s perks, or move a sale off the platform to avoid its protections or fees.

No spam: no unsolicited bulk messages, repeated promotion, misleading links, or messaging people who haven’t ordered from or contacted you.

No manipulation: don’t buy or swap follows or saves, or place orders to make a campaign look popular.

Keep everyone safe

No scams, phishing, malware or attempts to get someone’s password or card details.

Nothing that encourages self-harm, dangerous activities or illegal acts.

Don’t probe, scrape or disrupt Earlybirdo, or use it to get around anyone’s block or suspension.

Reporting

Use “Report” on a campaign, seller page, order or conversation. Tell us what happened; screenshots help if you email them to us. A person reviews every report, usually within two business days, and faster for safety or fraud. We don’t tell the person you reported who you are.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

What we do

Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may remove content, pause or remove a campaign, cancel and refund orders, limit messaging, or suspend an account. Suspension is immediate for fraud, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, identity misuse, or returning on a new account.

A suspended member can’t order, message or sell, and a suspended seller can’t verify a new account. You can appeal by replying to the email that told you about our decision; a different person on the team reviews appeals.
