Help

Is this crowdfunding?

No. Every order on Earlybirdo buys a specific thing, at a set price, with a delivery date. There are no funding goals, donations or investment, and the creator owes you delivery or a refund.

Who am I buying from?

The creator named on the campaign. They’re the seller, they’re paid directly through Stripe, and they handle delivery. Earlybirdo hosts the campaign and holds them to its rules.

When am I charged?

Each campaign says so before you pay. Either you’re charged at checkout, or your card is saved with Stripe and charged when your order is ready, no more than 14 days before the delivery date. You get an email before a saved card is charged.

What if it’s late?

The creator must tell you before the date passes. You can cancel for a full refund, and for long or repeat delays your order is refunded unless you choose to wait. If the date passes anyway, you can get a full refund straight away from My pre-orders.

How do I get a refund?

Open the order in My pre-orders and choose Get a refund. Depending on the campaign’s policy it’s refunded immediately or sent to the creator to review. Late orders are always refunded in full.

How do I contact a creator?

Use Message on their campaign or creator page, or the support email on their page.

What does it cost to sell?

A one-time $1.50 identity check, then a plan: a pack of campaigns or a monthly plan. Earlybirdo takes no cut of your sales; Stripe’s processing fees apply.

Something’s wrong with a campaign

Use Report on the campaign or order. We review every report and can pause campaigns and refund customers.
