Who we are

What we collect
Account: your email, name, password (stored hashed) and notification choices.
Orders: what you ordered, the amount, status and, if the creator ships, the name and address you give at checkout. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by Earlybirdo.
Creators: your public page, and your identity verification and payout details, which Stripe collects and holds. We store only their status.
Messages you send through Earlybirdo, reports you file, and basic logs needed to keep the service secure.
Who sees it
The creator you order from sees your name, email, what you ordered and any shipping address, so they can deliver and contact you. They become responsible for that data.
Our processors: Stripe (payments and identity), Supabase (database and hosting), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law require, without your login.
Your choices
Download your data or delete your account at any time from Account. You can change which emails you get, though receipts and messages about your money are always sent.
